Carl is a quiet, yet, funny and very talented artist. He has explored many forms of creative outlets and has found painting and fused glass are his favorites. He suffered a stroke years ago and has overcome it by learning to use his left hand. When we get to see his paintings, we frequently believe them to photographs with a high end camera. It’s creative visions are carried forward to fused glass with the way in which he layers and blends the colors of the glass.

Carl doesn’t follow a specific color pallet or subject matter. Though he loves landscapes, he works on what ‘moves’ him on a particular day. The detail and personality he adds to the animal pieces he has made, just bring a smile to everyone that sees them. They also sell very quickly.
