Eligibility for Returns To maintain the integrity of our handmade creations, our return policy has been designed to balance care for our customers and respect for our artists’ work.

How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Reach out to us at info@glassartscollective.com with order number, reason for return, and any supporting documentation (like photos, if applicable).
- Return Approval: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
- Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping on returns.
- Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges as each piece is one-of-a-kind. If you would like a different item, please identify another product you’d like and let us know. If the price is the same, we will do a direct exchange. If it’s less, we will refund the original method of payment. It if is more, we will provide an invoice you can pay on line for the additional
amount.
